Colors are exactly as pictured & fabric is soft & stretchy. I ordered a size large, which is my usual size.....it measures 24 1/2 inches armpit to armpit, giving me an oversized shirt look. Probably should haveordered a medium. Only 1/4" shrinkage across chest after first wash & dry.
This is a great long-sleeved shirt except for one flaw: the cuffs. There is a strip around the stitching that exposes the raw edges. I may decide to resew this, but I think the shirt is fine as is, for wearing about the house. It is for casual wear and would not be the type of shirt to wear to work unless your business place is very casual. I sized up and am very glad I did so. It says fitted shirt, so unless you want the fabric to cling to you, better size up. Other than the problem with the cuffs, the shirt is well-made and very comfortable. Keep in mind you will want this for casual wear and you will be happy.
I did not expect this to be better quality, I don't know why, but I expected it to be on the thin side. But it is a good quality fabric, a little thicker but not too thick. I like the colors, which are tan and olive green. I have worn and washed it a few times, and it washes well without shrinkage or wrinkles. It is nice to wear on cooler days when a sweater is too much. It also looks nice with a pair of jeans, black pants, or khakis.
Saw this top all over fb boutique sites but this price was much better. May run a little big so if you’re in between sizes I’d size down
The orange stripe on the sleeve was like a neon orange compared to the burnt orange color block on the front of the shirt. Over all I liked the casual shirt, but I returned because of the very noticeable color difference.
I should've read reviews before purchasing. Exactly what others are saying. There's weird stitching around the cuffs of the shirt. I got the blue and orange color and the orange on the sleeves is a noticeable difference to the orange on the body of the shirt. I liked how the shirt looked on the model, I love the slouchy oversized look. But I didn't love the shirt on me when I tried it on.
I ended up getting the khaki/green long sleeved shirt and I absolutely love it. I got the XL in size and it does run on the bigger side, but it is meant to be an 'oversized' shirt. The stitching looks to be well made. The only thing I am not the biggest fan of is the cuffs. The stitching is meant to be a rough stitch and its fine on all the other aspects of the shirt, with the stitching and rough edges. But the cuffs have this white layer within the fabric, and it sticks out harshly. I know how to sew, so I will just unstitch and re-sew and it will be perfect for me.But if you don't like rough edge stitching, this shirt is not for you. So even though it is a very soft fabric, I can see the rough stitching can be a 'no go' for others.
I ordered this shirt because I liked the look of it. When the shirt arrived it was exactly what I expected with the exception of the elastic sleeves. I at first thought the shirt was inside out when I went to wash it, but saw that it was the style of the shirt. It washed well and and I put it on to wear. The sleeves having a cling factor is great to pull up and keep the sleeve pulled up on my arm. The elastic part unfortunately irritated my skin (which it may have latex in it). I did like the style but hate that the sleeves prevent me from wearing it.
The color on the tunic was no where near the color shown on advertisement. The tunic color was much more muted. The fabric feel was very nice.
Over all cute design and fits very comfortably for the most part. Not a huge fan of the elastic in the wrist more of a personal preference there. Also it didn't seem like a finished piece again at the wrist. When I unpackaged it I saw white on the cuff that turned out to be two pieces sewn together to give the effect at the wrist for the shirt. If there is a way to have that tucked inside rather than the out side would look more appealing and finished. For almost thirty dollars I would of expected more of a finished product. It will be a good shirt to have for the fall and winter.
