  Recently, I was invited to a black-tie event last minute. While I did end up running around to a couple stores and found another option, I thought I’d order this dress as a back-up to see what I thought because the reviews looked so good. Boy - am I glad I did! I lost 40 pounds in the past year and the other option I had found made me feel like an old lady - super covered up. This dress was the perfect elegant balance. The cleavage is covered and it is kind to a bit of a belly and hips. The fabric is forgiving and not clingy nor easily wrinkled. I also appreciated the length. I’m 5’6” and was able to wear 1.5-2” heels and slippers that were given out to walk around in without tripping on the hem of the dress or having it look too short.And can we talk about the price?!! The value for this dress is ridiculous!!! I wish I had occasions to buy it in other colors, let alone wear it more!Overall, I think it’s a very flattering dress that made me feel comfortable and confident for my first time in a dress like this in years!

  I got this for a military ball and it was perfect. I was 27 weeks pregnant and ordered my normal size and it was a perfect fit. Stretchy and comfortable with my baby bump! It is not floor length but was perfect with my shoes. And the slit is the perfect length(not too high) I got so many complements and felt so beautiful. Def recommend!!!

  The media could not be loaded. Looking back, this was a beautiful dress I purchased both in and coffee and pink, I loved both colors. I kept it as a back-up dress for a night city wedding in July.*In the video I’m wearing the dress without spanx or any other shape wear. I was an only a few months post hysterectomy, the dress was stretchy and the features were beautiful esp for the price.I am wearing a medium I think a large would’ve been better, but then maybe the top would’ve been too baggy? The bow on the shoulder is a great feature, the ruching on the side and the leg split. The asymmetric top is very flattering.If you love rabbit holes: >> It was actually this dress they got me wondering why the features made it look so flattering on me. This research sent me down the “Kibbe body type” rabbit hole. At 5’9” and 150 pounds this puts me as a soft dramatic or flamboyant natural which I’m not convinced I’m either at this point. This is why the asymmetry works, the ruching works, the bow detail works and the length works. It’s too tight around the butt which is why the other dress I bought was the number one choice for me. It’s a Woosea one shoulder dress.Note: I was not paid for this review given the dress at a discount or for free or was paid for my photographs or video.   I got this dress for a last minute ball. The material is pretty nice for a fairly cheap formal gown. I really liked the shoulder detail and the dark red color of the dress, but it was way too tight around my midsection… too tight to be flattering- it literally shows everything. I’m a medium usually so maybe size up? Not sure if that would help. Long story short, I think this dress would look better on someone super tiny.

  What a great buy! It’s the right amount of elegance for a fancy event with the shoulder bow . Practically a bargain for the price you pay. I purchased the size small in brown . I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Although it’s sold as brown, it’s actually a mustard color but it is what I wanted and as advertised on stock photo. I’m 5’2” tall . Has a bit of a stretch to material with side zip. I generally struggle to purchase maxi dresses online due to height issues but with a 2” heels I could even dance at the Christmas party . Considering purchasing other colors.

  Ordered this on a massive time crunch for a gala I was performing in. I was very committed to wearing hot pink, but I was having trouble finding a gala-appropriate maternity dress; everything was either too casual or just straight-up tacky and not my style at all. A bunch of other reviews said this dress provides enough stretch for second trimester baby bumps, so I ordered a size up just to be safe since I had just entered my third trimester at the time of ordering it. Color was absolutely perfect and the shoulder bow adds a nice touch. The dress fit great around my bump and was super comfortable. It was a bit too big up top, but I ordered a 14 when I normally would’ve gotten a 10 or 12 so I was halfway expecting it to not be a perfect fit anyway. If you aren’t ordering up a size it should fit nicely all around. Be warned that it WILL show your panty lines through the butt so if you’re able to wear a thong, that would work best for this dress. It also arrived pretty wrinkled, so I had to steam it before my event. It is a bit longer than the picture makes it look, but for me that could be because of ordering up a couple sizes and the length didn’t make much of a difference in the overall look and vibe, it was still very pretty. Definitely wouldn’t recommend doing what I did and only ordering it for a single event only to never be worn again, because it’s a bit pricey for that. But if you happen to be pregnant and you have a lot of events to go to and you’re just not feeling any of the maternity formal dresses out there, this is a pretty good one despite not being made specifically for maternity.
