I would wear this with a strapless bra so you can wear it off of the shoulders. This dress is a little thin so you may have to wear a liner underneath it, but if you feel comfortable not wearing one, then I say go for it. I plan to wear this on my summer vacation and maybe just for a light lunch in the springtime. I like that it has good elasticity and stretchiness around the shoulders and it feels light and airy when it’s on.   This is such a fun & whimsical dress. The ruffles are such a fun touch! The fabric is comfortable, it's a nice, thick fabric so you don't have to worry about it being see through or wearing a slip underneath. The sewing & stitching on the dress is really good; no loose threads or misalignments/errors in the stitching. It's a great value for the quality of the dress.

  This dress is made out of great quality material and is well put-together! I absolutely love the ruffle layers, and the movement they create! As far as fit, I'd say it mostly runs true to size, but if in between sizes, I'd advise sizing down. I'm in between a large and xl, and this large fits generously. Length is just a few inches longer than I'd like, hitting right at my knees. I like a little thigh showing with mini dresses, so I could've used a few inches shorter. But it'll still look super cute with some wedge heels this spring and summer! Color is a pretty olive green.

  This V-neck ruffle dress was very cute in the picture. The dark rose color makes it a perfect spring/summer dress. I am 5'2" tall and the hemline falls to mid knee level. The problem with this dress is that the band around the high waistline does not lay flat. It bunches up in few places and makes the dress skirt look shabby. I would think carefully before buying this particular sun dress..

  This is a super cute and versatile dress that can be worn for all types of different occasions. I got the one in black and it is true to size. This dress is comfortable and the flow very elegantly, I'm 5'7" and it falls mid knee I have long legs so this is a good length for me. The fit is very flattering id like to bet another in a different color.
