  This is very comfortable and the cotton is great because it breathes well and is soft. I had no problem washing this on cold delicate and laying it to dry. The style of the sweater is very comfortable and works well for any number of casual looks. It does have a rather retro style which I like while also feeling a little weird about, who wants the stuff you wore years ago to be back in style, lol. It is necessary to dry this flat and to fold it, it's much to heavy for anything else. I like it and would buy it in other colors if I wore sweaters more often.

  This sweater is really cute. I love the colors. The white is very bright, and the red in the stripe is a wine color. It is very warm and soft. The fit on it is very flattering.

  The main thing that sets this sweater apart from others is the pattern of the crocheting on the shoulder areas. It is really a pretty piece to wear casually or dressed up a bit.   This sweater is super cute, I just don't like the way it looks on me. I have other Dokotoo tops that I absolutely love, but I don't love this sweater. My daughter, on the other hand, does love it! And it looks great on her. I think it is the top part that makes me not love it. I like the crochet on the shoulders, but not the knit pattern on the chest. It lays funny on me. I do love the neckline, the cuffs, and the material ~ it is nice and soft. I did machine wash and dry the sweater and it held up very well ~ no shrinking.

  My job has recently transitioned us back to doing meetings in person with our clients, and I really needed some work-appropriate attire. I’ve gotten very casual with my wardrobe over the last few years working remotely, and didn’t really have anything that was going to cut it for business casual. This fit the bill. It’s formal, but casual, and doesn’t overheat me because the shoulders are loosely stitched. The XXL worked great for me - it’s loose, but still has some definition at the waist so that it’s not too oversized. Normally, horizontal stripes aren’t very flattering to the full figured women out there like me, but I think this actually works for all body shapes because they are thick, aren’t over the entirety of the top, and have a good amount of spacing.

  I was pleasantly surprised by the weight and softness of this. Not fuzzy soft, cotton soft. It washes beautifully. The knitted lace is an unusual and excellent touch, too. Somehow the stripes do not seem blocky, and the lace, while pretty, is not shouting 'I will snag!' This sweater feels like a friend's smile but looks like you dressed up on purpose!It does run a bit large. If you want to layer it, seize the opportunity of the lace to wear a complimentary color underneath! If you don't want to layer it, or want it to be more form-fitting, size down accordingly.
